Turn-key works for building development. The works consist in developing in less than a year of a 25th Office Building in Bucharest, labeled as a „Green Building”, which consist in :

1. Project design coordination & improvement
2. Full HVAC works
3. Interior and Exterior fresh water distribution system
4. Interior and exterior sanitary system
5. In-between specialties coordination (with electrical and automatization teams)
6. Commissioning and testing works, including after – sales and operational assistance
